CTG Surveyors completed condition surveys and EPC inspections of all residential properties owned by a social housing charity in Oxfordshire. The completed reports included a forward maintenance plan providing the client the ability to programme future planned maintenance.
All properties were occupied at the time of inspection and the surveys needed to be arranged with and escorted by staff. |
