CTG Surveyors designed and project managed the conversion of a luxury London top floor Penthouse flat into a maisonette. Providing a vertical extension housing a bedroom and integrating existing plant and services into the scheme.
The extension, located in a conservation area, required a sensitive design in order to blend with the existing West London skyline. |
