As part of the Westgate Shopping Centre redevelopment in Oxford, a Compulsory Purchase Order was placed on the college for one of their teaching buildings. CTG Surveyors were appointed to provide project management services to oversee the relocation of facilities and all consequential construction work, part of a £2,000,000 project.
The project included the relocation of drama studios, art studios, library, classrooms, offices and engineering workshops. Construction work took place over three campuses to accommodate the movement of facilities.
CTG Surveyors successfully liaised with a wide range of stakeholders to make the project a success. Construction projects and relocation of facilities across three campuses was achieved on time and to budget.
