CTG Surveyors converted this mechanical workshop with additional teaching facilities located above to a recording studio with a live room and vocal booth, two further small edit suites, a main Mac suite, a teaching facility with three octive keyboards, a general staff area and a main control room.

The control room included a speaker wall and virtual surround sound.
