CTG Surveyors acted as Project Managers for this £1.8 million contract. Relocating an existing Campus from one side of Oxfordshire to the other and the development of a green site to form a new Land Based Campus.

CTG Surveyors had a major input on the design of all facilities and buildings serving Horticulture, Small Animal and Equine Care and a main teaching Block. The Equine Centre was refurbished with new horse walkers and teaching areas.

New bubble Greenhouses were introduced and an array of balancing ponds designed for drainage and recycling of water.

Timing was all important for this project. Faced with adverse planning objections, a tight deadline to meet the new academic year and changing teaching needs, regular attendance, programming and monitoring was required.
