MEDIA AND PERFORMING ARTS SPACES

We are specialists in the design of acoustically rated areas, such as Radio and Television Studios, Live Rooms, Control Rooms, Edit Suites, Public Performance spaces, Performing Arts Studios and Theatres. Our design services include architectural, mechanical and electrical designs. We are experienced in both new build situations and refurbishments of existing spaces. 

CTG Surveyors provide a turnkey solution for clients whereby we provide a supply and installation service for all furniture and technical equipment in addition to our design and specification service.

We pride ourselves on our expertise in being able to deliver bespoke environments fully fitted to our client’s requirements.

SCIENCE LABORATORIES

CTG Surveyors provide a turnkey solution for clients requiring new or refurbished Laboratory space. We design and install Laboratories within Schools, Colleges, Universities and Commercial environments, we also include the supply and installation of all furniture and specialist equipment necessary for the operation of the Laboratory. 

Combining our Building Surveying and Interior Space Planning expertise we are able to develop tailor made solutions for each client. We draw upon our architectural, interior design, mechanical and electrical teams to provide a fully designed scheme for our clients.

CONSERVATION & LISTED BUILDINGS

CTG Surveyors' inherent understanding of conservation matters and sensitive approach to the historic built environment enables us to provide technical expertise and construction knowledge to a range of listed and historic building projects
On a practical level CTG Surveyors advise on all aspects of work relating to historic or listed buildings from repair and maintenance advice to extensions and alterations. In order to provide a well rounded service to our clients we use our Mechanical and Electrical team therefore offering our clients a total consultancy solution.

As part of our commission we liaise with all relevant authorities in order to obtain Listed Building consent for works. CTG Surveyors is proud to provide a practical yet sensitive service for clients in this sector.
