Design Services

CTG Surveyors has an experienced design team which incorporates the skills of our interior designers to provide added value. We produce a range of drawings from concept sketches through to construction drawings.

CONCEPT DRAWINGS

We produce these drawings to enable easy visualisation of a space, in both 2D and 3D. The software we use provides excellent colour rendering to allow the viewer to get a 'feel' for the space.

SKETCH DRAWINGS

Where a client does not require full concept drawings we will produce line sketches to show different proposals for a space, this is more typically used in simple projects or where the client already has a strong idea of their required work.

MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL DRAWINGS

We supplement our architectural drawing team with our mechanical and electrical designers. They are able to provide clients with fully worked up technical drawings to enable them to be used either independently or in conjunction with construction drawings.

CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS

Typically, a client will approve a scheme design based on our concept or sketch drawings. We then pass on these drawings to our technical drawing team who are able to turn them into a complete set of working drawings that are suitable for use by contractors for construction.

PROJECT & CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

At CTG Surveyors we use our broad property and construction experience to provide an end-to-end project management service for all types of construction project. Our project management team has considerable experience of managing small to large scale construction projects ensuring they are completed on time and to budget.

We are able to supplement our project management services to each clients requirements by using our extensive team of Mechanical and Electrical engineers to undertake design and management services where required.
